Hire through one firm, on rails it cannot bend

Start with a conversation. We're onboarding our first clients by hand, so the founders take every one.

Ryan and Tom see this, and nobody else.

What happens next

  1. 1

    A conversation with the founders

45 minutes with Ryan and Tom: your hiring plans, and how a search would run here.

  2. 2

    One services agreement

You sign with PeopleOnChain, the agency of record on every search. One firm answers for the result.

  3. 3

    Intake calls, then one recruiter

Meet up to 3 recruiters and pick one. Funding the $5,000 retainer starts the search.

What buyers ask first

Is the search exclusive?
Yes, to the recruiter you pick. A second can join only if no qualified candidate has reached you within 14 days.
What happens to the retainer?
It's credited to the fee. If you close the search before a hire, you pick a reason and it comes back to you straight away.
What if the hire leaves early?
You file the departure, and whatever hasn't released comes back to you. You don't need our permission.
