We watched Web3 come of age. Our industry moves money across the globe in seconds and for a fraction of a penny, but recruiting still runs on invoices, spreadsheets and 60-day payment terms.

We built PeopleOnChain to fix that for the companies building in Web3. When an offer is accepted, the placement fee goes into a smart contract that pays out on a fixed schedule as the hire works out. A candidate is only submitted when they approve it, and that approval is recorded onchain. The terms are public, and nobody can change them. That includes us.
